As a Specialist Technician you will take a leading role in supporting ICT infrastructure, IT planning, procurement and support for our clients. A Specialist Technician will require high level, advanced technical skills in:

    • Windows Server Technologies
    • Service and management of Windows and Apple devices
    • Network Administration
    • Configuration of network printers and switches
    • Good communication and documentation skills essential
    • Motivated, self-starter; able to work autonomously, or as part of a team as the work dictates
    • Resourceful - able to find and research information in order to derive appropriate solutions to problems
    • A good communicator, able to document technical procedures, and follow documentation of others
    • Ability to troubleshoot and fault find through systematic processes of observation and elimination
    • A minimum of 2 years experience with MS Server and deploying Win10 images with SCCM/WDS
    • Relevant experience in an educational setting will be highly regarded, but not necessary
    • A current drivers license and reliable transport
